As a Sales Representative at The Lugo Agency, you'll work directly with families seeking insurance protection. We supply the leads, the training, and the infrastructure — you bring the work ethic and the heart to serve clients well.

First-year reps typically earn $80k–$120k. Top producers consistently exceed $250k+. Compensation is 100% performance-based with no cap.

• Connect with warm, inbound leads requesting insurance information
• Conduct virtual or in-person consultations to understand client needs
• Recommend appropriate life, health, or final expense products
• Manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and policy submissions
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, and team calls

• Coachable, competitive, and self-motivated
• Comfortable with phone, video, and in-person communication
• Reliable transportation and computer with internet access
• Active life & health insurance license — or willingness to obtain one (we guide you through it)
• Authorized to work in the United States
